Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a professional Trainer+ Coach for effective health and weight loss  I will guide, motivate you, help establish a level of  accountability and discipline. I will also make sure that you don't hurt or injure yourself when exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way to exercise. Don't risk exercising with weights incorrectly.

  Personal Training

Our first discovery session is a  60 minute consult outlining your priorities, goals and medical/health issues. The physical assessment is next, then your own personalized program will be created. Testing is done to create a template for your program. This involves, weight and body measurements,  strength, aerobic conditioning and postural analysis. This data will lay the foundation for your personal fitness/health program.

   Tracking Results and Nutritional 

   Counseling

  An important part of the process is tracking       results. To maximize your progress, we need     to continually monitor and adjust our           Weight tracking as well as food journaling are   two very important tools to make sure the          weight loss is fat, not muscle or water. We      can continually tailor your program so that you  are getting what you need to achieve your  goals.

 

 You will be given healthy nutritional plan that  you will be able to adhere to lose fat and  weight, while building muscle. Being lean and  healthy is our goal.  

 On line food journaling with My Fitness Pal  app. will connect  you and your coach for  monitoring healthy menus for weight loss.h  your goals.
