First consultation :
Our first discovery session is a 90 minute consult outlining your priorities and goals. and medical/health issues. In addition, Testing is done create a template for your program. This involves, weight and body meaurements, strength, aerobic conditioning and postural analysis. This data will lay the foundation for your personal fitness/ health program. Your individual program will be designed with a hard copy so you can work your program at home as well.
Each session is an hour long and is totally private.
All sessions are private. One on One: Per Hour $65 Package of 5/ $315 Package of 10/ $600
Weight Loss Coaching
Learn how to change your life, your health your happiness, our program is formatted to help educate and motivate you to lose weight and keep it off. Lifestyle changes will be part of the success of your permanent weight loss.
Our First Session of Phase One:
Our first Discovery Session is a 90 minute deep dive, outlining your priorities and goals. We will lay the foundation for future coaching sessions. We'll uncover your greatest challenges with food and weight gain. Together we'll explore the greater vision for working towards your weight loss goals. Your measurements and weight will be taken and medical information will be gathered.
Sessions two through four of Phase One:
Includes a weekly weight check assessment and 60 minutes weight loss consultation of accountability into your daily food journaling. Food journaling Coaching with dietary insights takes place 3 times per week via texts. Weeks two through four you will receive two food journaling coaching support via text per week.

Ongoing Training and Support:
Phase two: month two, includes: On site weekly weight check and thirty minute update assessment with twice a week personal coaching/ food journal support
Phase three : weight check twice a month and fifteen minute assessment with one weekly personal coaching/ food journal support.
Phase four: weight check monthly with fifteen minute assessment and one weekly personal coaching /food journal support.

Your Physical Assessment:
An important part of any responsible training program is a fitness assessment, which objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Sage Fitness's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:
BMI (Body Mass Index)
posture and core recruitment
Body water percents
Basal Metabolic Rate
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.
Core and Balance Recruitment
The "core" is the "backbone" of posture, strength, balance and confidence. Anna McConnell St Pierre, Master Trainer, combines "core nutrition" education with multi-muscle group work, crossing Yoga, Pilates, Bosu, stability balls and sports movement boundaries to offer result-focused solutions to meet your goals.
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. Learn how to fuel your body for exercise and life and to make sure you are doing all that you need to do to get the best results from your work outs. Learn how to put meals and snacks together in perfect balance. Being lean and healthy is our goal. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.
On line food journaling with My Fitness Pal app. will connect you and your coach together so that information you get will help you teach your goals. Coaching will also provide you with all the information you need to lose weight by having the proper amounts and portion sizes of the foods you choose based on your micro and macro nutrients portion sizes.
